1)   LOYL Coach and Volunteer Code of Conduct

 

In ongoing effort for all players and families involved to have a positive experience

playing LOYL lacrosse, each Spring all LOYL coaches and volunteers are required

to agree to the LOYL Code of Conduct policies. Completed form must be turned into LOYL Program Head.

2)  US Lacrosse Membership

 

LOYL Program coaches are required to be current US Lacrosse members.

Please establish or renew your "Adult" level membership. Current US Lacrosse membership # must be turned into LOYL Program Head.

3)  LOSD Community School Coaching Record Check

 

Each Spring, all volunteer coaches in LOYL are required to complete a Lake Oswego Community School background check form. Completed form must be turned into LOYL Program Head.
